Refer a friend who is a new patient to Dr. Hamilton for a Botox treatment and both you and your friend will receive $50.00 off your treatment!

To receive your discount, have your friend mention your name when he or she checks in for their appointment. Your friend will receive $50 at that time, and you will have a $50 credit noted in your file that you can redeem on your next Botox treatment.

Details

• To qualify as a "new patient", your friend can be a current or past patient of Dr. Hamilton, however he or she cannot have previously had a Botox treatment performed by him.
  
  
• Your friend may have received Botox injections elsewhere, but not from Dr. Hamilton.
  
  
• Referred friend must receive their Botox treatment prior to , or at the same time as you in order for you to receive your discount.
  
  
• You may refer multiple friends and receive a $50 discount for each friend. Discounts may be used all at once or saved for future procedures.
  
  
• Friends Program may not be used in conjunction with other Botox offers. Minimum 15 units needed to receive discount.
