The patient, a 75-year-old male, underwent rhinoplasty combined with CO2 laser treatment. The pre-procedure image shows significant nasal enlargement and irregular skin texture. Post-procedure, the nasal structure appears more refined with a reduction in size and improved contour. The skin surface also exhibits smoother texture following the CO2 laser application. These changes are visible in the comparison of before-and-after images, highlighting the procedural impact on nasal appearance and skin quality. This case illustrates the technical execution of rhinoplasty and adjunctive laser therapy to address specific aesthetic concerns related to nasal form and dermal characteristics in an elderly patient.
