The patient, a 45-year-old female, underwent rhinoplasty. The procedure aimed to address the nasal profile. In the pre-operative image, the nasal bridge appears prominent with a noticeable dorsal hump. Post-operatively, the images show a reduction in the dorsal hump, resulting in a smoother nasal contour. The tip of the nose is slightly refined and elevated, contributing to an improved alignment with facial features. Side-by-side comparison indicates changes in both the bridge and tip projection. These adjustments are consistent with typical objectives of rhinoplasty procedures focused on enhancing nasal symmetry and proportion relative to other facial elements.
