The patient, a 34-year-old female, underwent rhinoplasty utilizing temporalis fascia to address visible cartilage irregularities. The pre-procedure image shows a prominent dorsal hump and asymmetry in the nasal contour. Post-procedure images reveal a more refined nasal profile with reduced prominence of the dorsal hump. The use of temporalis fascia contributed to a smoother transition along the nasal bridge, enhancing structural balance. Additionally, the nasal tip appears more aligned with the overall nasal structure. This case illustrates changes in nasal shape and contour following surgical intervention, highlighting specific alterations achieved through this technique.
