The patient, a 32-year-old female, underwent rhinoplasty to address concerns related to a dorsal hump. The pre-operative profile view shows a pronounced dorsal hump on the nasal bridge. One year post-operatively, the profile view reveals a smoother nasal contour with reduced prominence of the dorsal hump. The nasal tip appears more refined and in harmony with the overall nasal structure. These images illustrate the changes achieved through surgical intervention, focusing on reshaping the nasal bridge and enhancing facial symmetry. This case highlights the anatomical adjustments made during rhinoplasty to achieve the desired structural outcome for the patient’s nose.
