The patient, a 19-year-old female, underwent rhinoplasty. The pre-procedure image shows a nasal profile with a prominent dorsal hump and slightly downward-pointing tip. In the post-procedure image, the dorsal hump has been reduced, resulting in a smoother nasal bridge. Additionally, the nasal tip appears more refined and slightly elevated, contributing to an altered profile. The changes are visible from the lateral view, highlighting adjustments made to both the bridge and tip of the nose. These modifications were achieved while maintaining overall facial harmony. This case illustrates specific structural alterations following rhinoplasty without making assumptions about personal outcomes or satisfaction.
