The patient, a 36-year-old male, underwent rhinoplasty to address specific nasal features. Pre-procedure images show a prominent dorsal hump and bulbous nasal tip. Post-procedure images reveal a refined nasal profile with a smoother bridge and reduced prominence of the nasal tip. The adjustments are evident in the lateral view, where the contour of the nose appears more streamlined. The surgical technique focused on reshaping the underlying bone and cartilage structure to achieve these changes. This case highlights the procedural approach taken to modify nasal aesthetics while maintaining overall facial harmony. Results are based on individual anatomy and surgical technique applied.
