This is a HALO laser case for a woman in her early sixties, photographed six months after treatment. HALO is a hybrid fractional laser that delivers both ablative and non-ablative wavelengths in a single pass, targeting surface pigmentation and deeper skin texture at the same time. In the before photo, you can see widespread brown pigmentation across the forehead, cheeks, and nose. At the six-month mark, that pigmentation is visibly reduced across the treated areas, and the overall skin tone appears more even. Fine surface texture across the cheeks has also changed noticeably. HALO doesn't require surgery, but the planning still matters, including energy settings and the number of passes. Dr. Mark M Hamilton can talk you through whether this is the right plan for your skin.
