This is a combined mini facelift and fat grafting case for a woman in her early fifties. The plan addressed both tissue repositioning along the lower face and neck and volume replacement through fat grafting, two distinct problems that often occur together and benefit from being treated in the same operation. Fat harvested from elsewhere on the body was transferred to areas of the face where volume loss was visible. The after photo is taken at 12 months post-op, well past the point where any residual swelling would affect what you're seeing. The skin texture and contour of the midface and jawline are visible in full in that image. Results vary from patient to patient. Dr. Mark M Hamilton can talk you through whether this approach suits your anatomy.
