The patient, a 69-year-old female, underwent an extended deep plane facelift and lower blepharoplasty. The procedure aimed to address facial aging signs. In the images provided, noticeable changes are observed in the neck and jawline areas, which appear more defined post-operatively. The lower eyelid region shows a reduction in puffiness and smoother contours. These results are documented at the 12-month post-operative mark, allowing adequate time for healing and tissue settling. The surgical approach focused on enhancing structural support while maintaining natural facial features. This case exemplifies the technical application of deep plane techniques in achieving specific aesthetic goals without compromising individual characteristics.
