This case presents a 72-year-old female patient who underwent an extended deep plane facelift and brow lift. The before-and-after images, taken 12 months post-operation, illustrate observable changes in facial contour and brow positioning. Post-procedure, there is a noticeable elevation of the brow area and improved definition along the jawline and neck, consistent with the goals of these surgical techniques. The deep plane facelift approach addresses deeper facial structures, contributing to enhanced midface volume. The brow lift technique effectively elevates the forehead region, resulting in a more open appearance of the upper face. These visual outcomes reflect typical anatomical adjustments achieved through these procedures.
