The patient, a 50-year-old female, underwent a facelift using the extended deep plane technique. Pre-procedure images show noticeable skin laxity along the jawline and neck areas. Post-procedure images reveal improved contouring of the jawline and reduction in neck sagging. The deep plane facelift technique appears to have addressed underlying structural concerns, resulting in a more defined profile. Observations indicate a smoother transition from the lower face to the neck, with less visible skin folds. These changes are consistent with the procedural goals of enhancing facial structure by repositioning deeper tissue layers. The photographic documentation provides an objective view of these anatomical adjustments.
