Six months out, you're looking at the profile result of an extended deep plane facelift combined with an endoscopic brow lift in a 53-year-old woman. The extended deep plane technique works at a deeper tissue level than a standard facelift, releasing and repositioning underlying facial structures rather than relying primarily on skin tension. That approach treats the midface, jawline, and neck as a connected unit. The endoscopic brow lift addressed the upper face through small incisions, using a camera-guided approach to reposition brow tissue with minimal scarring. The after photo, taken at the six-month mark, shows the jawline and neck visibly redefined in the lateral view. Shown with the patient's written consent.
