This patient is 3 months out from an extended deep plane facelift combined with an endoscopic brow lift. Dr. Hamilton used the deep plane technique, which releases and repositions the deeper facial tissues rather than working at the skin layer alone. The endoscopic brow lift addressed the upper third of the face through small incisions, avoiding a longer coronal scar. Together, the two procedures treated the face as a single connected structure from the forehead down through the neck. The three-month photos show the swelling has resolved and the tissues have settled into their new position.
