The patient, a 56-year-old female, underwent a deep plane facelift and fat grafting. The procedure aimed to address facial aging signs. In the preoperative image, there is noticeable sagging along the jawline and nasolabial folds. Postoperatively, at 12 months, the after image shows an improved contour of the lower face and neck region. The jawline appears more defined, with a reduction in skin laxity. Additionally, volume restoration is observed in areas treated with fat grafting, contributing to a smoother facial appearance. These changes reflect the surgical interventions performed using the extended deep plane facelift technique combined with targeted fat grafting.
