The patient, a 60-year-old female, underwent an Extended Deep Plane Facelift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty. The before-and-after images illustrate the surgical outcomes. Post-procedure, there is a noticeable reduction in facial sagging and improved definition along the jawline. The blepharoplasty has addressed excess skin on both the upper and lower eyelids, resulting in a more open appearance of the eyes. These changes are evident when comparing pre- and post-operative photographs.
