The patient, a 66-year-old female, underwent a deep plane facelift, chin augmentation, and blepharoplasty. Pre-procedure images display signs of facial aging, including sagging skin and pronounced nasolabial folds. Twelve months post-procedure, the after images reveal improvements in facial contour and skin tautness. The jawline is more defined, and there is a noticeable reduction in the depth of nasolabial folds. These changes indicate effective repositioning of underlying facial structures. The results align with typical goals associated with this surgical approach: enhancing facial definition while maintaining natural expressions. Ten years later, at age 66, the patient returned for a mini-lift to address further aging concerns.
