The patient, a 51-year-old female, underwent an Extended Deep Plane Facelift combined with fat grafting. Pre-procedure images reveal notable skin laxity and volume loss in the midface and jawline areas. Post-procedure photographs demonstrate visible improvements in facial contour and structure. The deep plane facelift technique appears to have addressed sagging by repositioning underlying tissue, while fat grafting contributed to enhanced facial volume, particularly around the cheeks and lower face. These changes are observable in the smoother jawline and more defined cheek area seen in the after images. This case illustrates specific procedural impacts on facial anatomy through surgical intervention.
