The patient, a 55-year-old female, underwent an extended deep plane facelift combined with liposuction. The primary focus was addressing concerns related to the neck area. The post-operative images, taken 12 months after the procedure, reveal notable changes. In the after photo, there is visible improvement in the contour and definition of the jawline and neck region. The skin appears smoother and more refined compared to the pre-operative state. This case illustrates the structural adjustments achieved through this surgical approach.
