The patient, aged 22, underwent buccal fat removal and neck rejuvenation, including submentoplasty and deep neck lift. The techniques applied were lower neck liposuction and buccal fat removal. The post-operative images, taken 12 months after the procedures, show a noticeable reduction in facial fullness and enhanced definition in the neck area. The contours of the jawline appear more refined compared to the pre-operative state. These changes reflect the procedural focus on reducing excess fat and improving structural definition in targeted areas. The comparison between before-and-after images highlights the alterations achieved through these surgical interventions.
