This 62-year-old patient underwent a deep plane facelift, brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, fat grafting, and Perioral Sciton laser resurfacing in a single surgical session. The deep plane technique works at the level of the SMAS and deeper facial tissues rather than skin alone, which is why you're seeing the degree of change visible at the jawline and neck in the after photo. The brow lift addressed the forehead and upper face, while the upper blepharoplasty removed excess upper eyelid skin. Fat grafting added volume where the face had lost fullness over time.
