This is a lower blepharoplasty case for a woman in her mid-seventies. The before photo shows fullness and puffiness along both lower lids, consistent with lower eyelid fat prolapse. Dr. Mark Hamilton performed lower eyelid surgery to address that fullness, and the after photo, taken at the one-month mark, shows the lower lid contour with the puffiness reduced. Residual bruising or swelling visible at one month is expected at this stage of recovery and will continue to settle.
