The patient, a 61-year-old male, underwent blepharoplasty. The pre-operative image shows noticeable upper eyelid skin redundancy and mild lower eyelid puffiness. At the 12-month post-operative mark, the after image reveals a reduction in the excess skin of the upper eyelids, contributing to a more defined eyelid contour. The lower eyelid area appears smoother, indicating a decrease in puffiness. These changes are consistent with the surgical objective of addressing eyelid concerns through blepharoplasty. The images illustrate observable modifications to the periocular region following the procedure, providing visual documentation of anatomical adjustments achieved over this period.
