Elaine began working as a licensed aesthetician at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery in 2010. Elaine performs medical grade facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplane, camouflage makeup, non-invasive lasers and Dermapen®. Elaine strives to stay abreast by learning the newest medical aesthetic advancements to offer her patients the best in anti-aging treatments. Elaine attends accelerated esthetics training at True University Chicago. Elaine also has years of experience in the fitness and personal training industry. “I enjoy providing my patients with a positive sense of well being by educating them on skin care and non-invasive treatment options.”

Hannah became a licensed aesthetician in 2013 and joined the Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery team soon after. Hannah not only greets patients from the front office, but she also works in the aesthetics department performing chemical peels, makeup application, eyebrow waxing and dermaplane. Hannah specializes in dermaplane. Beauty, fashion and fitness are a few of Hannah’s favorite interests. “I love interacting with patients and seeing how the results of their treatments make them feel more beautiful and confident!”

As a licensed aesthetician since 2005, Kim spent 15 years with the Richard M. Fairbanks Burn Center at Eskenazi Health, where she saw both retail clients and burn survivors in the spa. Her skills include chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, hydrafacials, laser treatments, full body waxing, eyelash lifts, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, and full administrative duties. She has received training and certifications in multiple lasers, SkinPen microneedling, and various chemical peel classes .

 With a passion for skincare and helping clients feel their best, she enjoys the hands-on aspect of her career, creating individualized service plans tailored to each person and offering a combination of relaxing yet results-driven treatments. Kim loves interacting with clients and coworkers and staying up to date on the latest proven treatments. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children, engaging in family activities like walks and playtime.

Lauren began her nursing career in 2013 after graduating from the University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She started her career in an adult medical ICU in Indianapolis, where she worked for four years. In the spring of 2018, Lauren relocated to Lexington, KY, where she transitioned into the field of Plastic Surgery and developed a passion for aesthetics. After returning to the Indianapolis area in the fall of 2019, she furthered her education and training in injectables and non-surgical facial rejuvenation while working alongside board-certified facial plastic surgeons.

Lauren recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Indianapolis and is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is excited to bring her advanced education and clinical expertise to Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery, helping patients restore a youthful appearance while achieving natural-looking results.

Muriel is an advanced injector at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. Prior to joining HFPS, Muriel spent over 3 years providing non-surgical injectable treatments in an active med spa in Florida. Muriel is a nationally board certified adult nurse practitioner and certified aesthetic nurse specialist. She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida and a Master’s and Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Purdue University, Fort Wayne in 2018, Morgan relocated to Houston, Texas. There, she worked as a charge nurse on a telemetry floor. Morgan moved back to Indiana in 2021 and worked as a first assistant to an orthopedic surgeon for two years, specializing in hip and knee replacements. Morgan loved being in the operating room and her favorite part of the job was suturing. Morgan’s passion for aesthetics led her to pursue additional education in non-surgical injectables. She completed hands-on injectable training under esteemed injectors in Chicago and Indianapolis.

In the fall of 2022, Morgan tied the knot and is now enjoying married life. She enjoys traveling, playing beach volleyball, and hiking with her husband and their beloved dog, Sadie. Morgan is thrilled to be a part of Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery and is eager to enhance your natural beauty to help you feel and look your best!

Julie joined Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery as the new practice manager in August of 2017 and began her work leading the team of dedicated staff in the office of Dr. Mark Hamilton. Julie is responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the practice on behalf of Dr. Hamilton using her 14+ years of experience to lead the practice in the plastic surgery setting. Julie has extensive experience in management with a background in administrative and patient care coordinator duties. Prior to joining Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery, Julie had spent the last several years helping to establish and set up a solo plastic surgery office in North Eastern Indiana. With a strong background in the medical field prior to integrating into plastic surgery, Julie was experienced as a respiratory therapist for 8 years. “I enjoy so much working alongside Dr. Hamilton and his staff to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently as we continue to grow this wonderful established office at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery.”

Ashli joined the Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery team as a patient care coordinator in 2013. As a licensed aesthetician and laser specialist over 9 years ago, Ashli has received specialized training and advanced certifications in various laser modalities, injectables, microdermabrasion, medical-grade chemical peels, dermaplane, camouflage and airbrush makeup artistry, and, surgical video imaging. Aside from treating patients, Ashli has years of experience caring for patients in the Facial Plastic Surgery industry. After meeting Ashli at your initial consultation, she will become a familiar contact as a liaison between Dr. Hamilton and patients throughout the entire surgery experience. As a current fitness trainer and former NFL cheerleader, Ashli is passionate about the health, fitness and beauty industry. “I enjoy working aside Dr. Hamilton to help patients look and feel their personal best!”

Susan joined the Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery staff as a front office receptionist in 2014. You will be sure to recognize Susan’s friendly voice when you call to make an appointment! Susan has years of experience in executive and personal assistance, event planning and working with the public. “I enjoy assisting patients who inquire about injectables and non-invasive procedures, and getting to know each patient!”

Monica joined our practice in May of 2019. She is one of the Back Office Assistants at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery. Monica has an extensive medical background and worked for both an Optometry and Physical Therapy practice previously. She loves working with patients. Monica possesses an extremely calm demeanor, which allows her to excel at her multifaceted position. Her focused and reassuring manner will comfort and welcome you during your interaction with her. “I have always enjoyed working with skincare and seeing the changes it makes. “

Pam joined Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery in June of 2021. She is a Back Office Assistant with the practice. Pam has extensive experience in customer service with a strong medical background working in Genetics. She enjoys speaking with new and existing patients and aims to make sure your patient experience with HFPS is exceptional. Pam is very excited to be a part of helping you feel welcome!

Outside of the office, Pam enjoys cheering on her family at their athletic events, working with her flowers, or taking long, relaxing walks.

Kristen joined Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery in the Fall of 2022 after spending 25 years in field of the education.  Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality and radiant smile.  Behind her beautiful smile is a woman who is passionate about getting to know all our patients and making sure they receive the quality service and attention they deserve from our front office.  She is excited to help you determine which service will best fit your beauty needs.

Away from work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling to any beach, and exercising.

Marcy joined Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery in 2023. Marcy has nearly 30 years of legal and educational, professional experience. She is a true “people person” and is excited to greet incoming patients to the practice. Marcy is happy to assist you in scheduling your upcoming appointment or purchasing your favorite product.

In her free time, Marcy loves spending time with her husband, grandchildren and favorite dog, Nash. She is also passionate about nutrition and fitness!

As of January 2024, Ann has been an essential member of Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery , serving as a certified medical assistant. Ann’s extensive professional background encompasses significant experience in surgical breast oncology. Ann is distinguished by her comprehensive knowledge and dedication, consistently ensuring that all patients receive meticulous care, According to Ann, the highlight of her role with Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery is witnessing patients’ excitement with the outcomes of their procedures.

Lori joined Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery in September of 2018. Lori has been a Medical Assistant since 1987 and has worked in the plastic surgery field since 1997. Having worked in many facets of the medical community, Lori finds plastic surgery the most rewarding as patients are so educated about their aesthetic health. Lori’s background includes working with Georgetown University, Washington D.C., helping to build a new practice location for their plastic surgery department. You will find Lori working alongside Dr. Hamilton during pre and post-op care.

Lori is also the cheerful voice patients hear when calling in for medical questions or concerns.

Naomi joined Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery back in April of 2022 as a front office receptionist, and has worked alongside Dr. Hamilton as a patient care coordinator since April of 2024. With a background in accounting and operations, her attention to detail and management makes the scheduling process seamless. She is happy to help our patients every step of the way in their surgical journey from meeting with patients at the initial consultation, to being the pleasant intermediary when scheduling for your surgery. Naomi has a passion for providing above and beyond patient care and is the bright smile you see when coming in for consultations in the Greenwood office.

When she is out of the office – Naomi enjoys spending her free time watching F1 and IndyCar races, working out, and making meals with lots of love for friends and family.
