Four months after surgery, you're looking at the result of a combined procedure planned for a woman in her late sixties. Dr. Hamilton performed an extended deep plane facelift, working beneath the SMAS layer to reposition deeper facial tissue rather than relying on skin tension alone. Upper and lower blepharoplasty were included; the lower lids were addressed with a muscle flap technique. Autologous fat grafting completed the plan, using the patient's own fat to restore volume in areas where it had been lost over time. The after photo shows the face at rest, four months post-op, with incisions no longer visible at this stage. Shown with the patient's written consent.
