This 48-year-old woman had upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift performed together as a single surgical plan. Combining the two procedures lets the surgeon address both the upper eyelid skin and the brow position at the same time, which matters because brow position affects how much upper-lid skin is actually visible. The after photo is taken at the 12-month mark. You can see that the upper eyelids are noticeably more open, with the iris visible more fully than before, and the brows sit higher on the forehead. Incision lines are not visible in the after photo at this point in healing. Results vary from patient to patient.
