The patient, a 68-year-old male, underwent a deep plane facelift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty. The after photo, taken 12 months post-operation, demonstrates observable changes in facial contours and eyelid appearance. Notably, there is a reduction in the sagging of the midface region and improvement in the definition of the jawline. The upper and lower eyelids show reduced puffiness and excess skin, contributing to a more refined periocular area. These results are consistent with the application of deep plane facelift techniques and targeted blepharoplasty procedures. This case highlights specific anatomical changes achieved through surgical intervention over the specified timeframe.
