In the before image, there is noticeable skin laxity along the jawline and neck area. The after image shows an improved contour of the lower face and neck region. The definition along the jawline appears enhanced, with reduced sagging evident in the neck area. These observations are based on visual comparison of pre- and post-procedure photographs. The patient's hair color change is unrelated to the surgical outcome and should be noted separately from procedural results.
