The patient, a 67-year-old female, underwent an extended deep plane facelift, lower blepharoplasty, and perioral laser treatment using Sciton technology. The before-and-after images, taken 12 months post-operation, demonstrate notable changes. The facelift has addressed sagging in the midface area, providing improved contour and definition along the jawline. The lower blepharoplasty has reduced excess skin and puffiness beneath the eyes. Additionally, the laser treatment appears to have refined skin texture around the mouth. These procedures collectively highlight visible enhancements in facial structure and skin appearance when comparing pre- and post-operative photographs.
