The patient, a 60-year-old female, underwent an extended deep plane facelift combined with upper blepharoplasty. Post-procedure images reveal a more defined jawline and reduced skin laxity in the neck area. The upper eyelid region shows a reduction in excess skin, contributing to a more open appearance of the eyes.
