The patient, a 60-year-old female, underwent an extended deep plane facelift combined with upper blepharoplasty. The pre-procedure images display noticeable sagging in the midface and neck regions, along with excess skin around the upper eyelids. Post-procedure images reveal a more defined jawline and reduced skin laxity in the neck area. The upper eyelid region shows a reduction in excess skin, contributing to a more open appearance of the eyes. These changes are consistent with the surgical techniques employed, focusing on lifting and repositioning deeper facial structures for enhanced contouring. The images document observable differences before and after the procedures were performed.
