The patient, a 62-year-old female, underwent an extended deep plane facelift with additional procedures including liposuction, deep neck work, digastric muscle removal, subplatysmal fat removal, and platysma application. The post-operative images taken 12 months later show observable changes in the facial and neck contours. Notably, there is a visible refinement in the jawline and neck area. The deep plane technique appears to have addressed underlying structures effectively. The skin texture and positioning indicate adjustments achieved through the procedure. These images provide a factual representation of the anatomical modifications following the surgical intervention performed by our practice.
