This case features a 62-year-old female patient who underwent an Extended Deep Plane Facelift with liposuction. The pre-procedure image shows noticeable sagging in the mid-face and neck regions. In the post-procedure image, there is a visible reduction in skin laxity along the jawline and neck, indicating effective repositioning of underlying tissues. The contours of the face appear more defined, particularly around the chin and jawline. Additionally, improvements in facial symmetry are observed, contributing to a more balanced appearance. These changes reflect the technical execution of the deep plane technique combined with targeted liposuction, addressing specific areas of concern for this patient.
