This case features a 62-year-old female patient who underwent an Extended Deep Plane Facelift with liposuction. The pre-procedure image shows noticeable sagging in the mid-face and neck regions. In the post-procedure image, there is a visible reduction in skin laxity along the jawline and neck, indicating effective repositioning of underlying tissues.
