The patient, an 81-year-old female, underwent a deep plane facelift and chin augmentation. The pre-operative image shows noticeable sagging in the lower face and neck area. In the post-operative image taken 12 months later, there is a visible reduction in skin laxity along the jawline and neck. The chin appears more defined, contributing to an enhanced facial contour. The surgical techniques employed aimed to address age-related changes by repositioning underlying tissues and augmenting the chin structure. This case illustrates the physical alterations achieved through these procedures over a one-year period, highlighting changes in facial structure and profile definition.
