The patient, a 67-year-old female, underwent a deep plane facelift, brow lift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty. The before-and-after images demonstrate observable changes in facial contour and eyelid appearance. Post-procedure, there is noticeable elevation of the brow position and reduction in eyelid skin laxity. The deep plane facelift technique appears to have contributed to improved definition along the jawline and neck area. These surgical interventions collectively address age-related changes following significant weight loss.
