The patient, a 68-year-old male, underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty. Pre-operative images display excess upper eyelid skin and puffiness in the lower eyelids. Twelve months post-operatively, the images reveal a reduction in upper eyelid skin redundancy and decreased puffiness beneath the eyes. These modifications align with the procedural goals of blepharoplasty, which involve enhancing eyelid contour by removing superfluous tissue. The comparison between pre- and post-operative photographs highlights these specific changes, observable at one year following surgery. This case illustrates typical effects associated with blepharoplasty without implying any subjective assessment or guarantees regarding outcomes or patient experience.
