Many patients I see are concerned that they are too old for a facelift and often that simply is not true.

A facelift is a relatively superficial procedure to lift and tighten facial muscles and skin. While results may relax more as our skin and tissues age, the results can often be more dramatic. I have several large blue vessels in my temple and around my eyes.

Question: I have several large blue vessels in my temple and around my eyes. They are not attractive and difficult to cover with make-up. Are there any options? Answer: Facial vessels are a common development with sun and aging. Thinning skin and genetics can make blue vessels (veins) more visible.
