This 48 year old presented with concerns about looking “tired”. She requested endoscopic forehead lift to rejuvenate the eye area. A pretrichial incision was used to avoid raising an already high hairline. She had previously had eyelid procedures with a nice improvement, but knew that this would complement what had been done. The endoscopic pretrichial forehead lift raised her eyebrows, tightened the forehead skin and softened her crow’s feet. Muscle work was performed to soften the lines between the eyebrows and the nose.
